He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rhoades and Amy Mattson Rhoades; his daughter Tara Petrella; his siblings, Clarence Rhoades (Duckeye), Clyde Rhoades, Harry Rhoades (Pete), Michael Rhoades, Sandy Lockwood, Sherry Camacho, Mildred Richards and Marguerite Cozzone; his grandson Joshua Breeding; and his son-in-law Jim Breeding.
He is survived by: his sister Emmabell Guiseppe; his children, Tracy Breeding and Gary Rhoades, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jessica Breeding (Kelly), Justin Petrella (Ashley) and Jennifer Collier Jaquelyn (Lee); his great grandchildren, Emery Rau, Blake, Noelle Petrella, Thurston and Perrin Collier; and his nephew Clarence "Buddy" Rhoades (Cheryl). He is also survived by several other nephews and nieces.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home (434 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery.
