He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris E. "Mike" Martin and Esther A. Martin (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Witherite; his son Rawn "Rawnie" Martin (Karen) of Shrewsbury; and his brothers, Paul Martin (Carol) of Millheim, Robert Martin (Betty) of Aaronsburg and Edward Martin (Mary) of Aaronsburg.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's memory may be given to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association.
