He is survived by: his son Dave Dempsey (Rose); his grandchildren, Matthew Dempsey (Autumn), Kari Kim (John) and Benjamin Dempsey; his son Vance Dempsey (Theresa) of Hampton Road, VA; his grandchildren, Amber Erb (Adam), Tommy Dempsey (Jamie) and Monica Taylor (Scott); his son Daniel Raymond Harris, Jr. (Rita); his grandchildren, Alexis Harris, Jaiden Michael Harris and Peter Daniel Harris; his sisters, Lillian Purkoski of Derry, PA, Honey Jean Jones of Derry, PA and Alice Margaret Harvey of Derry, PA; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Ava, Caleb, Shane, Mikayla, Asia, Winton, Perceus, Madelyn, Roman, Roland and Roylaty; and his pet Bridget.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3223 Perry Hwy P. O. Box 195, Sheakleyville, PA 16151).
