He was predeceased by: his father Jack D. Haylett; his brother Jack Haylett Jr.; and his grandparents, George and Dorothy Burke. He is survived by: his mother Linda D. Haylett (Burke); his wife Rhonda G. Haylett (Malek); his children, Kody Braswell (Michelle), Jon Braswell, Bryan Braswell (Hallie), Jennifer Macko, Michael Macko (Amanda) and Roslynn Eichner; his grandchildren, Beau, Macferd, Kamron, Kamauri, Trezzuri, Calixta, Kaycen, Elvira and Zack; his sisters, Traci Reagle (Scott) and Lori Wrona; his nephews, Ryan Reagle and Maxwell Wrona; and his aunt Cyndi Faber.
