She is survived by: her children, Doug Newman (Jason Gertsen) of Seattle, Scott Newman of Cochranton and Tracy Albaugh (Don) of Cochranton; her grandchildren, Kierstin, Cameron, Connor, Chase, Chelsea, McKenna, Mason, Lexi and Anthony; her great grandchildren, Avereigh, Jetsyn, Brady, Isla, Posie, Estella, Elodie and Baylor; her brother Jeff Hogue; her sister-in-law Candy Morrell; her nephews, Rick, Matt, Chris, Steve and Kevin; and her pets, Lucy and Lilly.
In her memory, the family invites those who wish to honor Rita to donate blankets to the NICU at St. Vincent Hospital, a cause that held a special place in her heart.Rita's warmth and love will be cherished by all who knew her.
