He was predeceased by: his spouse Mertie L. Cox Mills; and his parents, Delmer Mills and Eulalia Peyton Mills. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal L. Leff of Cochranville and Alesia L. Mills of Cochranville; and his grandchildren, Megan (Mark), William, Kaitlyn (Corey), Douglas, Beau and Gavin (Anna). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
