He was predeceased by: his parents, Rockord P. Leed, Jr. and Virginia Bruce (Royer). He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Penny" Leed (Boyd); his daughters, Danielle (Jeffrey Ankrim) of New Providence and Melissa (Michael Barlow) of Cochranville; his grandson Ryan (Calee Ankrim); and his great grandchild Hudson James. He is also survived by 8 siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
