He is survived by: his wife Grace Taylor (Strasburg); his children, Mackensie Polys (Samuel), Amber Taylor (John Harkey) and Jesse Taylor (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Jesse, Braedon, Alexander and Abigail; his nieces, Amanda and Alyson; and his close friends, Shelly, Todd, Betsy, Ronnie, Clyde and Sid.
