She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris M. Shaffer and Roseanna Shaffer (Sweet); her husband Robert Thomas; her sons, Scott A. Carlisle, Michael L. Carlisle and Mark W. Carlisle; and her brothers, Charles R. Shaffer and George M. Shaffer.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia F. Fox; and her siblings, Donald K. Shaffer (Joyce Paulhamus) and Kathryn J. White. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Faye's name to the West End Christian Community Center, 901 Diamond St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
