He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Costa and Joyce Costa (Brinker); and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Anita M. Costa (Gerkovich); and his daughters, Jan M. Costa-Modrich (Brad Modrich) of New Tripoli, Kristina J. Costa-Schwartz (A. J.) of Allentown and Caitlin A. Costa-Schappell (Kyle) of Cogan Station. He is also survived by one sister; four grandchildren and "one on the way"; one great-grandson.
