She was predeceased by: her parents, Elfrieda Hoffman and Virgil Mastracco; her daughter Lisa Lepley; her siblings, Trudy McQuaid and Peter Hoffman; her stepsiblings, Michael, Nickalus and Antoinette Mastracco; and her in-laws, Gordon and Margaret Hess.
She is survived by: her husband Charles L. "Charley" Hess; her children, Michelle Cunningham (Daryl) of Franklington, NC and Ryan Hess (Amanda) of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Caleb Cunningham (Breahna), Chelsey Cunningham, Chace Hess and Lance DeBrody; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Callie Cunningham; and her brothers, Terry Hoffman and Clarence Hoffman, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
