He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. and Rosemary. He is survived by: his brother Jamie; his wife Beverly Anthony; his children, Justin and Gianna; his brothers, Thomas, John (Alysia) and Donald; and his parents-in-law, James and Dolores Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards son Justin's equine tuition fund at: Ivy Hill Therapeutic Equestrian Center, 1811 Mill Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 so he can continue riding for years to come.
