A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton (200 W Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's name can be made to the David G. Kelble Jr. Memorial Foundation in support of first responders, a charity for whom Joe served as a founding member of the Board, or the Animal Welfare Society of Monroe (AWSOM), where Joe's granddaughter Clara is a dedicated volunteer.
