She was predeceased by: her spouses, Thomas J. Cusack and Joseph Byrne; her parents, John D'Abruzzo and Rose D'Abruzzo (Carfagno); her sons, David Cusack and Joseph Cusack; and her sisters, Gloria Folger and Evelyn D'Nicolo.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Wayland (Ronald) and Thomas Cusack; and her sister Maryellen Hare. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
