He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cahill and Marie Cahill (Capella). He is survived by: his wife Mary Cahill (Schiller); his children, Stephen M. Cahill, Jr. (Rachel) and Laura M. D'Angelis (Chris); his grandchildren, Ethan Michael, Carter Stephen, Ava Marie, Kayla Rose, Jayden Devon, Cash, Piper Rae and Christopher George; and his brother Michael Cahill. He is also survived by his family, friends.
