He is survived by: his children, Mark Maiden (Margaret Hinkle), Karen Petz (Dave), Steve Maiden (Becky) and David Maiden Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Steven Jr., Emily, Jacob, Jessica and Alexandria; and his sister Dorothy Melvin.
