She was predeceased by : her husband Howard Parsons; her parents, Thomas Spratt and Gertrude Spratt; her siblings, Thomas Spratt and Isabella McMasters; and her son-in-law George Stout.
She is survived by : her children, Ann E. Loftus (Michael Jr.), Howard M. Parsons (Barbara), Stephen C. Parsons (Sandy), Patricia M. Stout and John F. Parsons (Tara A.). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
