He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bell and Margaret Bell; his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Bell; and his stepfather William Price. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Bell Jr. (Carol) and Margaret "Peggy" Lender (Art). He is also survived by Nieces and great nephew, friends, and neighbors.
