He was predeceased by : his parents, John Z. Fulmer and Roberta S. Fulmer; and his sisters, Dorothy Philliber and Mary Lou. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Fulmer; his son John J. Fulmer; and his sister Joan Stockley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
