It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Stanley Porter of Collingdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin J. Porter and Doris M. Porter (Bockius); his wife Patricia Porter; and his siblings, James Porter, Doris "Sissy" Fetrow (Robert), Linda Black, Joan Hartman (Glenn) and Martin Porter (Toni).
He is survived by: his children, Adam and Angela Porter; and his siblings, Nancy Oravis (Pat), Harry Porter (Cheryl), Denise Mills, Stephen Porter and Chalie Porter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home (301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a local animal shelter in Tommy's memory may be made.
