He was predeceased by: his wife Carol J. Ebinger; his parents, George A. Ebinger Sr. and Elmira Epright Ebinger; and his siblings, Florence Moore, George Ebinger Jr. and Agnes Cain.
He is survived by: his children, Laura J Hanly (Joe) and William F Ebinger Jr. (Bernadette); his grandchildren, Lauren M Hanly, Joseph M Hanly, Jr. and James P Hanly; and his great grandchild Kayla A Hanly. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
