He was predeceased by: his parents, William Urban and Helen Urban. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Fennell (Bill), Danielle Urban (Gregg) and William Urban (Lisa); and his siblings, Linda Harder (Allen), Shirley Chapman and Darren Urban. He is also survived by his 4 nephews and many friends.
