He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ellis, and James Ellis, Sr. of Columbia, PA.; and his brother Jerome Ellis, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Alicia Ellis-Godwin, Albert Ellis, Jr., Abriel Ellis-Simpson (Raymond), Alston Ellis (Alida) and Michael Ellis (Alicia); his grandchildren, Eric, Aaron, Xavier, Ashlyn, Cameron, Madison, Myles, Avery, Winter and Augustus; and his siblings, David Boots, James Ellis, Jr., Larry Ellis and Barbara Wilson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
