Westbrook and Kathryn Decker Westbrook; her children, David Kirk Grubb and Meredith Ann DiBona (Gerard DiBona); her grandchildren, Victoria, Oliva Grubb, Samantha, Ellie DiBona and Justin DiBona; her sister-in-law Kathryn Schmidt; her niece Kathy Blozy (Tom); her great-nephews, Jake and Luke; her great-niece Tessa; her niece Jeannine Alter (Robert); her great-nieces, Sadie and Emma; her son Philip Thomas Grubb; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Reynolds.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John's Herr Estate (200 Luther Ln, Columbia, PA 17512). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
