He was predeceased by: his father Paul S. Burkholder. He is survived by: his mother Ruth I. Burkholder (Leister); his sons, Gregory Burkholder and Andrew Burkholder (Kayla); his grandchildren, Emilia and Leeland; and his siblings, Janice Bollinger, Scott Burkholder (Tracy) and Chrystal Burkholder.
