He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Frick and Grace Oster Frick; and his son David W. Frick, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Karl T. Frick (Kira Ritter); his close friend Wendy L. Bailey; his grandchildren, Athena and Bradley; his siblings, Kevin Frick, Linda Kaylor and Penny Haines; his sister-in-law Josette Frick; and his siblings, Richard Frick and Joan Baldwin.
