He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Reichard and Elizabeth Reichard (Verba); his wife Susan Dubs; his children, David R. Reichard, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer Starks (Brian) of Bethlehem, PA, Rebecca Mickley of Horseheads, NY and Sarah Reichard (Mitchell MacDougall) of Hector, NY.; his grandchildren, Ashley Hobbie (Jack), Alicia Reichard, Serena Starks, Emily Starks, Maxwell Mickley and Fallon Mickley; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Hailey and Kylie.
