She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Olmo and José Olmo. She is survived by: her children, Chamaine S. Alfonseca DeLeon (Tony DeLeon) of Columbia and Ariel I. Alfonseca (Nichol Alfonseca) of Columbia; her grandchild Kyle Alfonseca; her close friends, Koreena Fansler of Wrightsville, Aaron Medina Alfonseca of Columbia, Faith DeLeon of Lancaster and James Menter of Lancaster; her brothers, Joseph, Charlie, Johnny and Henry Olmo; and her pet Mia Sol. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
