He was predeceased by: his parent Royce Gipe; and his significant other Patricia Gipe. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Gipe; his daughters, Tiffany Locke and Rachael Bluestein; his close friends, Jeff Grumley, Elizabeth Gipe and Michael Hiemenz; his grandchildren, Anthony, Hannah, Jessica, Matthew, Olivia and Kylie; and his siblings, Mike (Chris Gipe), Deb (Kevin Heikes) and Lugene (Tim Beard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
