He is survived by: his sons, Frank Tyson (Tia) of Wrightsville and Larry Tyson; his close friend Erin Clark of Columbia; his grandchildren, Lincoln Tyson, Aryanna Tyson, Destiny Tyson, Damien Tyson and Alex Tyson; his sisters, Beverly Spittler and Reba Gonzalez; and his close friend Craig Flinchbaugh.
