She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Erkens and Peggy Ann Ziegler; her daughter Angie Bean; her siblings, Beth Morgan (Jeff), Steve Erkens (Irene) and Anthony "Tony" Erkens; and her grandson Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Holly's honor have been asked to consider St. Jude's Children Hospital.
