He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Eugene Ney, Sr. and Carrie Mae Ney; his sister Pamela M. Ney; and his nephew Jose A. Rosario, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Marydrue L. Acevedo. He is also survived by 3 sons, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandsons.
