He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester J. Kuhns and Rita C. Kuhns (Whitcomb) of Paul's Episcopal Church; his brother Robert B. Kuhns; his sister-in-law Linda Kuhns; and his uncles, Vincent and Alfred Kuhns.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Kuhns (Shenberger); his children, Angela M. Gochnauer (Adam), Erin R. Kuhns and Jonathan A. Kuhns (Columbia); his grandchildren, Selina, Ashley, Stephanie, Ronan and Nathan; his great grandchild Harrison; his brother Edward M. Kuhns of Hamlet, IN; his sister-in-law Barbara A. Kuhns (Columbia); and his uncle John E. Kuhns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
