He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kauffman; his children, Kim Dinsmore (Jeff), Peg Kauffman (Kelly Bortner), Terry Tafelski (Michael), Kelly Birk (Scott) and John Kauffman (Becky); his grandchildren, Hannah Dinsmore, Kate Ostrowski (Tyler), Andrew Birk (Ashley), Emily Birk, Zoey, Nora Kauffman, Kennedy, Owen Collier, Christian Kehr and Lilly Klehr; his great-grandparent Mark Collier; and his great grandchild Olivia Ostrowski.
