She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Halter and Mary McElroy Halter; her son Stephen DiGiacomo; and her siblings, Joseph and Sue Halter.
She is survived by: her husband James DiGiacomo of Columbia; her children, Tom (Glenna DiGiacomo) of Fanwood, NJ and Mindy (Michael Hennessey) of Matthews, NC; her grandchildren, Jessica, Rebecca, Emily, Adam, Caitlin and Harry; her great grandchild Wyatt; and her siblings, Robert Halter (Ann Miller) of Willow Street, Michael (Shirley Halter) of Columbia and Linda (Donald Birk) of Columbia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
