She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Smith Jr. and Denise Dibble Smith; her brother Richard Smith; and her son-in-law Brent Woodward. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Woodward of Columbia Crossroads and Brian Smith (Shaylee Smith) of Towanda; her grandchildren, Elora Smith, Brayden Woodward and James Bastion Jr.; and her cousin Valarie Schrader.
