He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Malek and Helen Malek (Omylaniuk); and his wife Carol Ann Malek. He is survived by: his son Brian Malek (Jennifer Paul-Malek); his grandchildren, Addison and Parker; and his brothers, Stanley Malek (Cathy) and Edward Malek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
