Norris of Columbus, Pennsylvania, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Fred Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Anita Norris; his mother Eva Norris; his daughters, Regina "Michelle" Mangum (Clay) and Ayesha Norris; and his grandchildren, Dontrail Hall and David Hall.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jaylex Event Center (2110 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
