It is with sadness that the passing of Marjorie (Bowman-Charles) Bailey of Colver, Pennsylvania is shared. Marjorie, born on August 10, 1936, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Bowman and Bernadine Bowman (Kruise); her husbands, Eugene Charles and Willard Bailey; her siblings, Wanda Sheeder (Cal), Diane Meadows (Chuck), Devonne Bowman (Shirley) and Dale Bowman; and her siblings-in-law, Clark Rose and Janet (Vivian Bowman).

She is survived by: her children, Ray Charles (Gloria Heresco), Denny Charles (Rhanda), Larry Charles, Cindy Jacobs (Kerry), Scott Charles (Melissa) and Michele Bailey (Tracy); her grandchildren, Andrea Brown (Troy), Lauren Chapman (Bret), Kara Fields (Rondell), Joe Jacobs (Lori), Amber McHugh (Josh), Deanna Doyle (Nate) and Alesha VanFossen; and her siblings, Gale Bowman (Donna Mitchell), Darell Bowman (Susan), Jeanne Rose and Caren Turner (Barry). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and another great-great-grandchild, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Margie's memory may be made to the Colver Volunteer Fire Company & 40-Tech or to Colver Presbyterian Church.
