He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lash and Erma Lash of Vintondale. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Michael Lash (Jara) and Tina Lash (Charles Lichtenfels); his grandchild Cate Baumgardner; his stepchildren, Judy Kuzar (Mike), Albert Thompson, Jr., Hope Melnyk (Gary) and Vicki George (Edward); and his siblings, Edward Lash (Lena), Theresa Gresko (John) and Johanna Lash. He is also survived by grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
