She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Grunza and Helen Grunza (Valalsky); her former life partner James Scaife; her husband Edward Lucas; her son Brian K.; and her brothers, Edward, Eugene and Charles.
She is survived by : her children, Dwayne (Kay Ohler), Llanfair and Sherri Hess; her son-in-law Wesley Hess; her grandchildren, Shane W. Hess (Olivia) of Johnstown, Joshua L. of Johnstown and Breanna L. Hess of Johnstown; her great grandchildren, Ethan Hess, Sierra Hillegas, Dalaynie Hillegas and Guinevere Hess; and her siblings, Mary Ann Eppley (Fred) of Orange City, FL., Barbara Harteis-Waul (Robert) of Tobyhanna, PA and Thomas Grunza of Pleasant Gap, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
