He was predeceased by: his father Albert R. Mikula. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Mikula (Blair); and his siblings, Christine Mills, Karen Williams (Gary), Patricia Litz (Shaun), Lynn Ferpas (Joseph) and David Mikula (Renee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
