She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Earl R. and Edith Klemann. She is survived by: her mother Eileen Klemann of Patton; her husband Timothy O'Leary; her sons, Levi of Patton and Lane O'Leary of Patton; and her siblings, Heather Zemrose, Michael Zemrose (Kelly) and Jason Zemrose. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
