He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Stevens (Black); his grandson Nathan Guy Stevens; and his sisters, Betty Becker (Ralph) and Doris Jean Thornton (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Stevens (Burkholder); his sons, Terry L. Stevens (Lisa), Eric Stevens and Craig H. Stevens (Sonja); his granddaughters, Brandy L. Stevens and Cassey L. Stevens; and his sister Barb A. Supanick.
