He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestine Frank and Elizabeth Frank (Farabaugh) of Ebensburg; his siblings, Richard, Joseph, William, Paul Frank and Mary Louise; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Frank (Biter).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Frank (Green); his children, David (Kris), Patrick, Kelly Reynolds (Darrell), Douglas (Karri) and Kerry Stanfield (John); and his siblings, Frederick, George (Millie), Ronald, Shirley Ann, Robert (Karen), Thomas and Darlene Adams. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
