He was predeceased by: his grandfather Francis Stein; and his cousin Joshua Hillegas. He is survived by: his parents, Craig H. Stevens and Sonja L. Stevens (Stein); his fiancée Nadine Lord; his sisters, Brandy Stevens (Chris Mongell) and Cassey Stevens; his grandparents, Fred, Ruthie Stevens and Donna Stein (Mitchell); and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
