He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Oaks and Sara Oaks (Rager). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Oaks (Baumbaugh); his son Darren R. Oaks; his siblings, Richard Oaks and Karen Stem; and his close friend Skip.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Community Church (856 Benshoff Hill Rd, Johnstown, PA 15906). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
