She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cramer and Arlene Joyce Cramer (Patrick); and her former husband Paul F. Lewandowski. She is survived by: her husband John Van Allen; her sons, Paul F. Lewandowski III (Angie) and Nathan Lewandowski (Danny); and her grandson Dylan J. Lewandowski.
