He is survived by: his children, Christopher Gales (Johanna) of Confluence, Andrew "AJ" Gales of Greensburg, Dawn Gales of Confluence and Ambie Gales of Youngwood; his grandchildren, Katie, Jill, Nathaniel, Alexandra, Victoria, Julianna, Forrest, Ignatius and Uriah; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alex, Kallie, Leah and Theodore "Thor".
