He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Wagner and Anna Wagner (Udivich); his wife Tammy Sue Wagner; and his brother Sam Wagner. He is survived by: his children, John S. Wagner (Brittanie) of Addison, PA and Bobbi Wagner (Richard Hull III) of Point Marion; his grandchildren, Lilah Basinger, Bryson, Samantha Wagner Anthony, Alora, Ryland, Phoenix, Aubree, Adelyn Bursey and Richard Hull IV; and his siblings, Darlene Goetz (Richard) of Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl Wilhelm (Greg) of Schuylkill Haven, PA and Michael Wagner of Jefferson Hills, PA..

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Farmington Funeral Home (4222 National Pike, Farmington, PA 15437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Maple Summit Cemetery.
